What is an Affiliate
Program?
Affiliate Programs allow webmasters to make money by
advertising products to their visitors. By placing a banner or
text link on your website you can help us market our products.
Whenever your visitors buy a product from our site we reward you
with a healthy commission!
Who can join?
Anyone who has a website that we feel is appropriate for our
products may join. And joining is free! Affiliates can
advertise our products on any quality sites they manage.
Why should I join?
You have nothing to lose! If even a few visitors to your site
buy phones from us each month, you'll receive a sizable check
from us!
Which Sites Qualify to be affiliates?
Most sites qualify to participate in the program. Anyone may
submit an application, but we reserve the right to refuse
membership to a site or revoke a site’s membership at any time
if we decide that it contains objectionable material.
How much money will I make?
It depends on how many phones you sell! For every individual
phone/plan you sell you earn $35. [Note: Upgrades pay
out $15] When you sell more than 10 plans in any month, you get
a $5 bonus per phone. Family plans are paid $50 per family plan.
High volume affiliates earn additional volume-based bonuses.
When will I be paid my
commissions?
We pay Net 45, meaning your payment goes out within 45 days after each sales month.
This is because we only get paid 45 days after the end of the
purchase month.
How will AmericanCell help me sell more
phones?
We send our affiliates regular updates outlining promotions and
sales tips.
How do I set up links?
All you need to do is add a the following text to any link
on the AmericanCell page:
?offerid=ABCD
where ABCD is the affiliate code you were assigned when you
joined the program.
An example of a link would be:
http://www.americancell.com/q_blackberry.htm?offerid=XXXX
Are there banners I can use to
advertise AmericanCell?
You can feel free to use your affiliate link with any image or
graphic. Click here to see
some banners we have created for our affiliates.
How are my sales tracked?
When visitors enter the AmericanCell website from your link,
a cookie is set for 2 weeks. This cookie connects subsequent orders to your affiliate code. That way your sales are
yours!
Where do Affiliates Place their links?
Best results come from placing the affiliate links above the
fold (in the upper portion of your webpage) and specifically on
high traffic pages like your homepage.
How often do I get paid?
We pay commissions monthly, 45 days after the end of the month
when your
successful orders shipped.
What about product returns?
If a buyer returns a phone or for any reason we are not paid a
commission from the Wireless Carrier - we will deduct the
commission from your payment.
Who handles customer service?
AmericanCell handles all customer service issues. You can
always contact us directly with any concerns about specific
phone orders.
